The menly.io site and the Menly applications (owner workspace, point of sale, floor app and digital menus) are published by the company that operates the Menly brand.

The service relies on the following hosting providers:

• Vercel Inc. — websites and web applications (vercel.com);
• Google LLC, Google Cloud Platform — the service's API (cloud.google.com);
• Supabase Inc. — database (supabase.com).

The Menly brand, its logo, texts, visuals, interfaces and software belong to the publisher or are used under licence. Any reproduction or use, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

The menus, photos and content that restaurants publish remain the property of each restaurant, which is responsible for them.

The publisher strives to keep the information on this site accurate but cannot guarantee it. A menu's information (prices, ingredients, allergens, availability) is entered and updated by the restaurant concerned.

How personal data is processed is described in the privacy policy, and the use of cookies and local storage in the cookie policy.

This site is governed by Moroccan law, in particular Law No. 53-05 on the electronic exchange of legal data and Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
